Have you ever wonder how your favorite sweet chili sauce been made? Now you'll have an opportunity to make your very own savory sweet chili sauce to use as a dip with dumplings, tempura, spring rolls, chicken tenders or stir into your favorite sauteed veggies.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup water 1/4 cup rice vinegar (any white vinegar will do) 1/4 cup sugar 1 clove of garlic, minced 1 teaspoon of cornstarch 1 teaspoon of Extra Hot Crushed Dry Red Chilies/Fresh labuyo (If non of these are available then you can simply use red chili flakes)

Cooking Instructions:

1) Heat the pan in medium heat. 2) Pour the water, rice vinegar, sugar, red chilies. Mix til sugar is fully disolved and bring to boil (1-2 min) 3) Add minced garlic (2-3 min) 4) In a bowl combine the cornstarch and 2 tbs. liquid mixture from the pan. Add the mixture to the pan (5-7min)

*Add more or less dry chilies as per liking. *Don't leave the sauce unattended or else it will burn. *Add a little bit of water if you sauce is too thick.
