Craving for sweets but worried about gaining weight? huh! Don't think about that too much. Here's how you can enjoy cookies without worrying of getting fat. It's easy and healthy so why don't you give it a try :) It' s made with oatmeal, peanut butter, bananas, chocolate chips (choose the unsweetened baking chocolate chips) and grated coconuts.
Isn't it yum yum?!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup unsweetened peanut butter
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 pcs. over ripe bananas
Finely grated coconut (we use about 1/4 cup but you can adjust it to your liking)

Instructions:
1.)Preheat the oven to 350°. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.) Mix oatmeal, peanut butter, pecans, chocolate chips and bananas in a bowl smashing and mixing them til mushy.
3.) Scoop the mixture to prepared baking sheet, spacing the balls of mixture roughly about half inch apart. We use a tablespoon and measure out slightly rounded balls - they're about the size of pingpong balls. You can certainly go larger or smaller as you prefer!
4.) Sprinkle the grated coconut on top of each cookies and slightly pressing them with a spoon to make it stick.
5.) Bake for 17 min.
